The situation
Windows Etc is a windows and doors specialist in Essex. Owner Joseph Solomons runs a busy operation, and like most people who are brilliant at their actual job, he didn’t have hours spare to write social posts, brief a photographer or wrestle with a website. He needed a marketing partner who could work around his hours and just get on with it.
The old way — waiting for Joe to hand over copy and content before anything could happen — meant nothing happened. A good window company deserves to be seen properly. That takes someone working ahead of the client, not behind them.
What we did
Photography
We built an ongoing photography library, capturing installations at their best. Evening light through bifold doors, the framing of a view through a new sash, the clean lines of a glazed extension. Every finished job becomes a fresh set of images Joe can use across the business.
Web design and content
We handle the web design and the content that fills it. Copy gets drafted first and sent to Joe to approve, rather than us waiting on him for a brief. He stays in control of how the business sounds without having to write a word himself.
Marketing
Social media and wider marketing run proactively. Posts are planned, written and scheduled, with Joe stepping in only at the approval stage. Consistent presence, no interruption to his day.
The result
It works because Joe trusts us to represent his business properly, and that trust came from taking time to understand the products and the standard he holds himself to. The photo library keeps growing with every job. The marketing keeps pace with where the business is heading. And Joe never has to drop his tools to make any of it happen.
