What data we collect
When you contact us
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. We do not share this with third parties except where necessary to respond (e.g. our email provider).
When you sign up for marketing emails
If you opt in, we collect your email address and store it in Brevo (our email marketing platform). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We send occasional marketing tips and news about Thinksay — no spam, no selling your data.
When you use our interactive tools
The Brand Journal and PARK tools save your answers locally in your browser (localStorage). If you choose to email your results, we collect your name and email address to send the email. Your answers are sent to our email and to you — they are not stored in a database.
Analytics cookies (with your consent)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are viewed, how long people spend, where they come from. This uses cookies and collects anonymised data. We do not use this data to personally identify you.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the buttons in the "Manage your cookie preferences" section below, or by clearing your cookies in your browser.

Contact form enquiries are retained in our email for up to 3 years. Marketing email subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe. We do not store financial data.
